HRZF-piano key longitudinal seam welding machine cooperates with automatic welder, the piano key presses the workpiece and the welding torch moves to realize the automatic welding of the longitudinal seam of the thin-walled cylinder. There are fixed model and lifting model for choose, the fixed model is suitable for workpieces with smaller diameter, and the lifting model is suitable for workpieces with larger diameter. In addition, movable lifting trolley or electric moving screw adjustable welding rotator can be selected to facilitate loading and unloading of workpieces. According to different workpieces and process requirements, different welding processes can be selected, one or more welding processes can be selected from TIG welding, PAW welding, K-TIG welding, the welding effect of single-sided welding and double-sided forming can be realized. In addition, auxiliary systems such as welding torch swing function, automatic height adjustment function, automatic welding seam tracking system, and video monitoring system can be selected according to actual needs.

After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user.
