HRPD-gantry CNC plate drilling machine is controlled by the CNC system, with the movement of the machine tool, the drilling power head installed on the machine tool will drilling the plate, it adopts integrated bed structure with compact and beautiful appearance. The worktable is divided into four processing areas, the workpieces can be loaded and unloaded while drilling in different areas, or drilling after clamping the workpiece in multiple areas at the same time. Equipped with chip removal system to automatically collect iron chips after drilling, intelligent drilling control system realizes efficient and high-precision automatic drilling.
This product can be customized by choosing different effective drilling range according to actual needs. The standard model is hydraulic single power head model, and servo power head model, high-speed power head model or double power head model is optional to further improve the drilling efficiency.
