HRKX-chuck rotary longitudinal circular seam welding machine cooperates with automatic welder, the chuck drives the workpiece to rotate and the welding torch moves to realize the automatic welding of the longitudinal seam and circular seam of the circular workpiece such as cylinder, pipe flange and so on, intelligent welding control system can also be selected for roll surfacing welding. According to different workpieces and process requirements, different welding processes can be selected, one or more welding processes can be selected from MIG/MAG welding, FCAW welding, SAW welding, TIG welding, PAW welding, K-TIG welding. According to the shape, size and weight of the workpiece, auxiliary devices such as movable lifting roller mechanism, fixed tailstock, movable tailstock, manual jacking mechanism, electric jacking mechanism, pneumatic jacking mechanism and hydraulic jacking mechanism can be selected. The standard model is single welding head model, and double welding head model or multiple welding head model is optional to improve welding efficiency. In addition, auxiliary systems such as welding torch swing function, automatic height adjustment function, automatic welding seam tracking system, flux recovery & transportation system, and video monitoring system can be selected according to actual needs.
