According to different diameter range of the workpiece, there are fixed center distance model and adjustable center distance model for choose, adjustable center distance model is divided into two models: bolt adjustable center distance model and screw adjustable center distance model.
HRJG-heightened rotator is mainly used for welding accessories on steel oil tanks and painting, filming and pressure testing of steel oil tanks, the purpose of heightening is to prevent the accessories on the steel oil tank hitting the ground during rotation. The standard model is fixed center distance model, if the diameter of the cylinder exceeds the diameter range of the standard model, bolt adjustable center distance model or screw adjustable center distance model can be selected. The roller can adopt polyurethane roller. The electrical control system adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and cordless remote controller control, the equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
