HRHB-welding positioner mainly makes the workpiece at the best welding angle through the overturning of the worktable, and then drives the workpiece to rotate through the rotation of the worktable for welding, the rotating speed of the worktable can be adjusted stepless by frequency conversion to meet the welding needs of different workpieces. The electrical control system has three modes for choose: cordless remote controller, wired control box and foot switch. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
There are many types of welding positioners, mainly including tilting type, double seat type, double rotary type, head and tail type, lifting type, hydraulic type, L type and so on, which can be combined with welding column & boom manipulator or welding robot to form automatic welding equipment.
If the workpiece has large eccentric weight or the workpiece is long, lead to large eccentricity distance or barycenter distance, slightly larger model should be selected, and our company will provide suitable solution according to the shape, size, weight and welding process requirements of the workpiece to be welded.

After Sales Service

After the complete set of equipment is installed and debugged at the user’s site, the warranty is free for one year from the date of acceptance by the user.
