HRDX-end face milling machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to milling the end faces of steel structures such as H beam, box beam and so on. The workpiece is placed on the hydraulic worktable, and after the positioning is accurate, the workpiece is pressed by the downward press cylinder and sideward press cylinder of the main hydraulic worktable and the sideward press cylinder of the auxiliary hydraulic worktable, the position and angle of the milling power head are adjusted and the relevant milling parameters are set, and then the milling process is carried out. The end faces of various steel structures can be processed, the speed of milling is stepless adjustable by frequency conversion, and it can return quickly after milling. The equipment has the advantages of advanced structure, stable and reliable operation, high degree of automation, convenient operation and so on.
The standard model is ordinary single power head model, and servo power head model or high-speed power head model is optional to further improve the drilling efficiency. If have higher requirements, can choose the CNC model.
